1. Who can use the Service

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and comply with applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

MielMate provides tools for venues (such as cafés and restaurants) to publish a digital menu, generate table QR codes, accept customer orders, and manage orders from a dashboard. We do not process online payments unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your content

You may upload or enter content such as menu items, prices, photos, and venue information (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Content and that it does not violate any law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• Attempting to access other accounts or systems without authorization.
• Interfering with the Service (e.g., scraping at scale, probing, or denial-of-service).
• Uploading malicious content or using the Service to distribute malware.
• Using the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.

6. Plans, trials, and billing

We may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Trial length, pricing, billing cycles, and plan features will be described in the Service or on our pricing page. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. You can cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, hosting or email). We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if no amount was paid, a nominal amount).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice as appropriate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
